Our story

Built on decades of real care

Our founder, Chris, has dedicated over three decades to enhancing the wellbeing of individuals with diverse needs. A graduate of Monash University with a double degree in Psychology, Chris founded and directed a residential facility providing comprehensive care and support to 44 men living with intellectual, psychiatric, and physical challenges. He later established a service delivering housing and assistance to elderly people and people with disability across Melbourne's inner east.

That hands-on experience shaped the philosophy Namron operates by today: enrich the lives of our clients by providing dignified support and genuinely advocating for their needs. We do not just recruit for qualifications. We look for compassion, respect, and people who truly care. Technical skills can be taught. Heart cannot.
